Our Jacksonville recovery center helps adults regain control of their lives through personalized, evidence-based treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. We support 12-step and non-12-step recovery paths, offering a full continuum of outpatient care—including PHP, IOP (day, afternoon, or evening), and OP—tailored to individual needs. With a focus on therapy, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), case management, and aftercare, our team of licensed counselors, mental health professionals/therapists, and licensed medical professionals provides respectful, compassionate support at every step.
